Terms of service
The small print, in plain English.
These terms govern your use of PassADI.ie. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. The short version: use the service honestly, we'll treat you fairly, and none of our content replaces the official RSA materials.
1. The service
PassADI.ie provides practice questions, mock exams and study guides for the RSA ADI qualification. Free content is available without payment; Premium unlocks the full bank by subscription.
PassADI is independent practice material. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Road Safety Authority. Exam formats, fees and rules are set by the RSA and can change — always confirm current details at rsa.ie before booking or relying on them.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person — sharing a Premium account is not permitted.
You can delete your account at any time; deletion removes your personal data as described in the privacy policy.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Premium is billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown at purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period, and no further payments are taken.
As an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By subscribing you ask us to provide the digital service immediately; if you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund the price less a proportionate amount for the period already supplied. To withdraw, email hello@passadi.ie.
If we materially reduce what Premium includes, you may contact us for a pro-rata refund of the remaining period. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
4. Fair use and content
The question bank, guides and images are our copyrighted work. Personal study use is what the service is for; scraping, bulk copying, republishing or reselling the content is not permitted.
You may quote short excerpts with attribution to PassADI.ie.
5. No guarantee of exam results
We build the best preparation we can, but exam results depend on you and on the RSA’s examiners. Practice scores on PassADI do not guarantee a pass in the real exam, and our content may differ from the official question bank, which the RSA does not publish.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
